Dangerous Goods Awareness

Our Dangerous Goods Awareness course gives information, advice and guidance to all parties involved in the transportation of dangerous goods.

General awareness training for loaders, drivers, traffic office staff and warehouse staff who should be made aware of the potential for harm caused by dangerous goods.

Within the course we explore the obligations of everyone involved and the possible consequence of non compliance. We look at the multi modal system of transporting dangerous goods (air, land, sea & rail). The classification of dangerous goods and their recognition, when dangerous goods loads are in scope of regulations, high consequence dangerous goods, excepted and limited quantities, loading, unloading and emergency actions.

We can also make the session “Function Specific” and tailor the course to the specific type of dangerous goods you handle.
